Job Responsibility:
Job Title: Sr. Technical Developer Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid, 3 days onsite
This role involves designing and implementing geospatial solutions to drive business insights and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Database Design, Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, contributing to our mission of leveraging geospatial data for innovative solutions.
Top 3 Required Skills: Angular 2+, Java 8+, Spring Boot
Roles & Responsibilities :- Lead the design and implementation of geospatial database solutions to support business requirements.- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using Java and Spring Boot.- Utilize Angular to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces for geospatial applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial solutions into broader business processes.- Conduct data analysis and visualization to support decision-making and project outcomes.- Ensure the security and integrity of geospatial data and applications.- Stay abreast of emerging geospatial technologies and methodologies to drive innovation.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and encourage best practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to geospatial applications.- Document technical specifications and project progress.
Qualifications:- Must have a strong foundation in Database Design, Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.- Proven experience in developing and implementing geospatial solutions.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in geospatial technologies
