Infirmier(e) d’injection et de perfusion/ Field & Infusion Nurse - 12 Months Contract

Cencora seeks a licensed injection and infusion nurse for a 12-month contract role based in Brossard, Quebec. The position involves administering medications, monitoring patient responses, providing education, and coordinating care across clinical and home settings.

Responsibilities

Administer medications intravenously, intramuscularly, and subcutaneously in home or clinic settings
Monitor post-injection reactions and document all activities per program protocols
Provide individual and group patient education on program protocols
Report adverse events and product complaints according to company policies
Coordinate daily with patients, case managers, physicians, and scheduling teams to plan appointments

Requirements

Valid provincial nursing license and active registration as a registered nurse
Minimum three years of experience as a registered nurse
At least one year of intravenous and infusion administration experience
Healthcare Provider CPR certification
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word
Access to home computer with internet, printer, fax, and cell phone
Ability to travel to clinics and patient homes within defined geographic area
