Senior Custom App Development Lead (ECM & Cloud)

Accenture

Accenture is seeking a Custom Application Development Lead in Montreal to drive design, development and delivery of modern enterprise applications and ECM assets. You will guide architecture decisions, mentor distributed teams and ensure secure, scalable software in a regulated financial environment.

Responsibilities include leading ECM modernization, cloud migrations to AWS, building integrations with Java/Spring Boot and Kafka, and shaping CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Harness and ArgoCD.
