Sales Assistant & Administrative Role
Summary
We are looking for a professional, creative, and well-organized individual who has a keen sense
of communication and organizational skills, and is willing and trained to work in a fast-paced
environment. This individual will be hired to work as the CEO’s personal assistant as well as assist
in day-to-day sales coordination.
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to…
- Providing administrative and clerical services to the CEO, including creating lists, making
calls, and fulfilling order requests
- Product description copy writing on an as needed basis
- Fulfilling personal requests for the CEO
- Assist as needed, during our busiest months to provide support to our showroom and
warehouse team members.
- Communication with both clients directly and the CEO regarding the details of their
orders, execution, turnaround times, contracts and order confirmation documents
- Daily communication with internal team, such as Purchasing Department, Production
team and Shipping Department, regarding status of orders
- Work closely with Gifts designer to execute accurately the customer’s request
- Liaise with Purchasing Department and clients/ Sales team regarding proposals
- Creates order confirmations, contracts and address labels
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of Marketing initiatives and upcoming Gift and Corporate
Campaigns
- Continually look for ways to improve processes and services to positively impact the
annual sales targets, culture and workplace environment
- Maintains updated profiles for clients with detailed information on their orders
- Assist as needed during our busiest months with other departments
Qualifications
- Understanding of Microsoft Office and in particular proficient in Microsoft excel
- Exceptional grammar and spelling
- Practical hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for perfection and superior organization skills
- Communication and Team Work skills
- Strong interpersonal skills within a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong work ethic with a positive, energetic approach
Working Conditions: Office and Warehouse environment
Pay $22-26 per hour
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
