Remote Investment Specialist BMO

As a remote Investment Specialist, you will engage with clients to provide customized investment solutions. With a focus on the customer, you'll support onboarding, handle transactions, and build lasting relationships. This position is ideal for individuals with an affinity for financial markets and investment products. Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers in the inbound call queue
- Understand client needs for appropriate investment solutions
- Onboard new accounts and manage transactions
- Provide wealth management guidance on various investment products
- Foster trust and maintain meaningful customer relationships
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Completed Canadian Securities Course or IFIC
- Strong knowledge of investment products and marketplace trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual in French and English
