Pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart

In this role, you will manage Pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Your duties will include providing consultations to both healthcare providers and customers, practicing pharmacy to the full scope, and maintaining dispensary records effectively. You'll be pivotal in safeguarding patient confidentiality while ensuring the best care. Key Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and assist all customers promptly
- Ensure accuracy in prescriptions and consultations
- Communicate with healthcare professionals for customer care
- Maintain inventory and control access to the dispensary
- Oversee counseling areas reflecting positive pharmacy image
- Proven independent decision-making abilities
- Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Pharmacy systems preferred
- Commitment to Health and Safety procedures
- Follow mandatory training and continuing education
