Le Coordonnateur des soins aux patients est responsable de la première ligne de contact pour les patients et les professionnels de santé. Les tâches incluent la triage des appels, la documentation des informations des patients et la collaboration avec l'équipe pour améliorer l'expérience des patients. Votre rôle est essentiel pour garantir une continuité dans le programme de soutien aux patients et atteindre des résultats positifs. Principales responsabilités:

Répondre aux appels des patients concernant leur dossier
Trier les appels vers les membres de l'équipe appropriés
Indexer les documents reçus des cliniques et créer des dossiers
Collaborer avec l’équipe pour optimiser le parcours des patients
Offrir un service client exceptionnel aux parties prenantes

Exigences:

Bilinguisme obligatoire en français et anglais
2 ans d'expérience en centre d'appels ou en santé
Capacité à travailler depuis un bureau à domicile
Excellentes compétences en communication, verbale et écrite
Connaissance des plans de remboursement de médicaments
