Head of People and Performance Development

Lead the People and Performance Development at Lagree West, overseeing strategic HR initiatives for high-growth fitness brands. This role brings together strategy and day-to-day operational leadership.
As the Head of People and Performance, you will be instrumental in creating an engaging employee experience at Lagree West and Jaybird, focusing on workforce planning and effective compensation systems. Collaborate with the senior team to foster an empowered workplace that attracts and retains top talent while implementing innovative HR practices to support growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect organizational and talent structures for growth
• Guide workforce planning and team effectiveness strategies

Requirements:
• 8+ years of HR experience in growth-oriented industries
• Deep knowledge of boutique fitness or hospitality sectors
• Strong skills in leadership coaching and development
