The Role

We’re looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead high-volume service across both bar and front of house. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage flow, support the team, and maintain strong execution across all areas of the café.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Shift: Ensure smooth, efficient service across both the bar and front of house.
• Drive Efficiency: Maintain strong service flow, speed, and order accuracy during peak periods.
• Support Execution: Assist with beverage production while actively overseeing overall floor operations.
• Coach & Mentor: Guide and support team members to consistently meet service and product standards.
• Manage the Floor: Oversee floor coverage and adjust staffing dynamically based on volume.
• Uphold Standards: Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the shift.
• Elevate the Experience: Handle guest concerns proactively and ensure a consistently positive guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume café or hospitality environment.
• Leadership: Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Adaptability: A strong ability to multitask, manage busy service periods, and keep a cool head.
• Versatility: Confident execution across both bar and front of house operations.
• Communication: Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Availability: Flexible schedule required, including weekends.
