Program Manager at GeoSpectrum Technologies
GeoSpectrum Technologies Inc.
Lead defense and commercial programs with GeoSpectrum Technologies in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. As a Program Manager, you will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, managing full program life cycles. This role requires an experienced Program Manager with five years of project management experience. You will take charge of planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring budget adherence, quality, and safety standards. Your leadership will foster team engagement and maintain client relationships throughout program execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver management life cycles for multi-year programs.
- Build trusting relationships with clients as their primary contact.
- Report on program status, scope, and budget timelines.
- Coordinate interdependencies and direct project managers.
- Advocate for team and customer interests consistently.
- Post-secondary education in Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum five years of program management experience.
- At least two years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar projects.
- Valid passport and security clearance eligibility.
