AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Client Sales Representatives for an entry-level position designed for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to gain experience in sales.

No insurance or sales background is required. Training is provided , so candidates can learn the products, systems, and sales process as they get started.

What You'll Be Doing

Forget spending your day dialing random numbers.

Representatives connect with individuals who have already requested information about insurance and benefit programs. The goal is to understand what they're looking for, explain available options, and provide a helpful client experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting scheduled phone and virtual appointments
• Speaking with prospective clients and understanding their needs
• Explaining available insurance and benefit options
• Answering questions and providing follow-up
• Managing appointments and client information
• Using company systems and sales tools
• Participating in training, coaching, and team meetings
• Working toward individual performance goals

Qualified leads are provided, and there is no cold calling.
