We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Representative who thrives at the intersection of service, strategy, and client success. This role is centered on expanding client potential by aligning their goals with high-impact solutions that drive measurable growth.
You are not just supporting clients, you are actively elevating them. Please note all training is paid and provided.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage client relationships rooted in trust, clarity, and results
- Identify programs and select the one most beneficial to the customer
- Guide customers through simple documentation process and connection to the appropriate department
- Own the sales cycle from initial conversation to close and beyond
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize client outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams and attend all workshops and meetings
