Commercial Director for Consumer Goods

Lead market expansion as the Commercial Director with a top consumer goods organization in Toronto, ON. This hybrid role merges your leadership abilities with strategic growth to boost profitability. With over ten years of commercial leadership experience, you will guide a team in implementing national strategies to improve the company's presence in Canada. Your focus will be on developing sales plans and ensuring P&L performance, enriching collaboration with partners, and aligning marketing initiatives accordingly for local needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual sales plans and growth initiatives
- Optimize full P&L performance against revenue targets
- Foster team alignment and internal development
- Collaborate with partners and distributors effectively
- Guide marketing strategies tailored to local markets
- 10+ years in commercial leadership or management
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred
- Experience in consumer packaged goods sectors
- Proven track record in team leadership
- Bilingualism is advantageous
