Senior Philanthropy Executive at Nature Conservancy

Shape the future of conservation as Senior Vice President of Philanthropy at NCC. This role, based in Toronto or other key centres, focuses on innovative fundraising and strategic donor engagement. NCC is seeking a visionary leader for its philanthropic efforts. As the VP, Philanthropy, you will develop and implement comprehensive strategies to engage major donors and enhance revenue performance. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a high-performing team and creating impactful partnership opportunities in support of nature conservation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead national philanthropy strategy and revenue planning
- Cultivate and manage a portfolio of transformational donors
- Ensure high standards of donor stewardship and engagement
- Develop integrated approaches across fundraising teams
- Position NCC as a premier organization for philanthropic investment
- Proven senior leadership experience in fundraising
- Track record of securing complex gifts at scale
- Skilled in relationship management and organizational collaboration
- Experience in modernizing fundraising operations
- Willingness to travel for donor engagement
