Professional Cocktail Server

This is a chef-driven bar restaurant, boasting an ambitious menu and an equally ambitious cocktail program, all set within a mid-century modern, upscale atmosphere.

We are searching for a dedicated, stylish, and experienced server who takes pride in delivering a fanatical guest experience, exceptional service in a fast-paced, upscale cocktail bar environment. You should have a minimum of three years of experience, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail. Looking your best every day is part of the experience we create for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional table service with efficiency, accuracy, and charisma.
• Take guest orders, make recommendations, and be extremely knowledgeable about cocktail ingredients, flavor profiles, and pairings.
• Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Engage with guests in a professional and personable manner, creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our cocktail menu, spirits, wine, and beer offerings.
• Collaborate with bartenders and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold standards of cleanliness and organization, following all health and safety regulations.
• Handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of high-volume cocktail serving experience in an upscale or fast-paced bar/lounge.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Must be available to work some Tuesdays and Sundays over and above other days of the week.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality. This is not a job, this is your passion.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.33 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 36 per week
