Customer Relations Agent — Growth, Benefits & Toronto Office

First National Financial

First National Financial in Toronto is seeking a Customer Relations Agent for a full-time role with typical hours from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. You will handle client inquiries, process requests in line with company policy, and contribute to customer satisfaction while maintaining privacy.

The position requires post-secondary education or equivalent experience, strong English communication, and solid MS Office skills. Mortgage experience is a plus in a professional, friendly team environment.
