HR Employee Relations Specialist at Lerners

Lerners LLP

Advance your HR career with Lerners LLP as an Employee Relations Specialist. This vital role is focused on employee support and navigating complex workforce issues in a hybrid environment. As part of Lerners’ HR team, you will act as the primary resource for leaders managing employee relations, accommodations, and performance documentation. Your expertise will not only guide important compliance processes but also foster a respectful, high-performing workplace culture. By identifying workflow efficiencies, you’ll contribute significantly to operational excellence in HR. Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on employee relations and conflict resolution practices
  • Manage workplace accommodations and attendance issues
  • Support performance management initiatives and documentation
  • Ensure high-quality case management through accurate records
  • Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in handling employee relations
  • Familiarity with Ontario employment laws
  • Outstanding judgment and communication skills
  • CHRP designation preferred
