- Advise on employee relations and conflict resolution practices
- Manage workplace accommodations and attendance issues
- Support performance management initiatives and documentation
- Ensure high-quality case management through accurate records
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in handling employee relations
- Familiarity with Ontario employment laws
- Outstanding judgment and communication skills
- CHRP designation preferred
