Les Brigades Culinaires est un programme d'éducation culinaire offert dans plus de 350 écoles secondaires à travers le Canada. Le.la chef.fe formateur.rice consultant.e enseigne aux élèves les diverses techniques culinaires de base et les principes d’une saine alimentation à partir du matériel pédagogique fourni par La Tablée des Chefs.

Profil recherché: ● Être passionné.e d’alimentation et de la cuisine.
● Être habile en animation de groupe et en enseignement.
● Être confortable avec la clientèle adolescente (12 à 17 ans).
● Être autonome, organisée et responsable dans la réalisation du mandat.
● Avoir complété un DEP en cuisine, une formation en nutrition ou équivalent, un atout.
● Avoir de l’expérience en animation ou éducation, un atout.
Description du mandat Le·la chef.fe formateur.rice consultant.e aura pour responsabilités liées au mandat de :
● Offrir un atelier culinaire par semaine (d’une durée de 2 à 2,5 heures) dans le cadre du mandat.
● Transmettre aux participant.e.s les techniques culinaires de base et les accompagner dans la réalisation des recettes.
● Offrir chaque atelier à partir du matériel pédagogique fourni par La Tablée des Chefs et s’assurer de bien connaître le contenu de l’atelier avant sa réalisation.
● Effectuer l’achat des ingrédients nécessaires aux recettes des ateliers (budget autorisé).
● Collaborer avec le milieu bénéficiaire pour coordonner les défis culinaires.
● Fournir la documentation administrative requise dans le cadre du mandat (ex. factures, questionnaires d’évaluation).
Informations importantes : ● Le programme est clé en main, aucune création de recettes ou de contenu n'est nécessaire.
● Les honoraires sont de 125 $ par atelier.
● Des outils et du matériel sont mis à votre disposition pour vous accompagner et vous guider tout au long du mandat, à consulter au besoin.
● Accès à un moyen de transport fiable fortement recommandé (transport des aliments et matériel)
● Le mandat est estimé à environ 4 à 5 heures par semaine.
● Lorsque le.la chef.fe formateur.rice consultant.e accepte un mandat, il ou elle s'engage à réaliser les ateliers prévus selon les modalités convenues entre les parties. Pour Les Brigades Culinaires, la durée du mandat est de 24 semaines et les ateliers sont généralement offerts après les heures de classe.
● Le calendrier est établi conjointement avec le milieu bénéficiaire et le.la consultant.e, selon les disponibilités convenues.
● Une vérification des antécédents judiciaires est requise en raison du contact régulier du.de la consultant.e avec
une clientèle mineure dans le cadre du mandat.
