Office Furniture Installation & Delivery Technician
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Office Furniture Installation & Delivery Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, assembling furniture, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: Deliver, assemble, and install office furniture at customer locations.Assist with receiving, loading, unloading, staging, and site clean-up.
Read and interpret floor plans, installation drawings, and furniture specifications.
Safely operate tools, equipment, and assist with delivery vehicles, including a 5-ton truck with a power tailgate.
Complete installations accurately, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service. Qualifications: Experience in furniture installation, construction, warehousing, carpentry, or a related field is an asset.
Ability to read and understand floor plans, blueprints, and installation drawings.
Knowledge of hand and power tools and safe work practices.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and work ethic.
Physically capable of lifting and moving furniture.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements: Valid Driver's License.
Clean driver's abstract.
Criminal Record Check.
Willingness to travel when required.
