Job Responsibility:
Role: Big Data Engineer
Location: Toronto- Hybrid
Hire Type: Contract
JD: 6-8 years of experience??-Experience in Programming languages (Java, Scala, SQL, Unix scripting), frameworks (Spring boot, OpenShift containers), DevOps (Jenkins, UCD etc.) and Cloud (Azure, AWS etc.)-Undergraduate degree coupled with technology development experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities.-Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong inter-personal and presentation skills.-Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.-A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry.-Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
