Senior Snowflake Developer for Data Engineering

Become a key player in data engineering at Disney by designing and building scalable data pipelines using Snowflake. This role emphasizes automation, collaboration, and advanced SQL skills to deliver high-quality data solutions. We are seeking a Senior Snowflake Developer with over 5 years of experience in cloud data platforms. In this role, you will construct robust data models, develop cost allocation logic, and ensure data quality and compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will automate processes and enhance our Enterprise Data Analytics infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and automate scalable data pipelines into Snowflake
- Model and structure data in partnership with architects
- Write performant SQL and Python for cost allocation logic
- Collaborate with product managers and finance teams
- Optimize workflows using tools like DBT and Airflow
- 5+ years in Data Engineering, especially with Snowflake
- Advanced SQL expertise in data transformation
- Proficiency in Python for ETL/ELT and automation
- Experience with financial cost models
- Familiarity with orchestration tools like DBT, Airflow
