Maximize stakeholder engagements at Innocap as a Senior Business Analyst. Drive change in financial processes through expert analysis and collaboration in this key role. As a Senior Business Analyst at Innocap, you will directly impact the financial services sector. You will work under the Global Head of Product Development, translating business needs into actionable requirements while managing critical project workflows. Proficiency in Agile practices and data analysis is a must. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product teams to document and analyze business needs
- Act as a liaison for project alignment between business and IT
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira
- Manage Jira boards and workflows effectively
- Conduct analyses to identify improvement opportunities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 5-10 years in Business Analyst roles within finance
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and Jira
- Familiarity with data tools like SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
- Strong project management and analytical skills
