Director of Digital Product Development

BRP

Transform BRP's digital landscape as the Director of Digital Product Development. Focus on cohesive customer experiences and integrated solutions across platforms. Your leadership role is critical in shaping BRP's connected ecosystem, emphasizing collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. With more than 10 years in digital product and software development, you will ensure the digital strategy aligns with customer needs, driving excellence across mobile applications and OTA updates. You will also foster a strong digital culture within your team to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end delivery of connected experiences
Lead multidisciplinary teams ensuring strong alignment
Champion Agile and DevOps practices in development
Manage budgets for digital portfolio initiatives
Track key performance indicators for user engagement

Requirements:

10+ years' experience in the digital product domain
Demonstrable success leading large teams
Solid understanding of customer-centric software integration
Ability to influence cross-functional teams
Excellent English and French communication skills
