Lead Cybersecurity Manager at BDO

BDO

Become a pivotal player in cybersecurity with BDO as a Lead Cybersecurity Manager. Drive risk management, governance, and compliance initiatives while mentoring a high-performing team. In this senior management role, you'll spearhead the organization's cybersecurity governance and compliance programs. Your expertise will guide cross-functional collaboration with IT, Legal, Risk, and Compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks like ISO 27001 and GDPR. You will lead a team focused on enhancing operational resilience and enterprise risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a high-performing GRC team
Conduct IT-related risk assessments and monitor exceptions
Coordinate internal and third-party compliance audits
Develop and enforce IT security policies and standards
Lead vendor and third-party risk security assessments

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
10+ years in IT security, with 2+ years in a leadership role
CISSP or equivalent certification preferred
Proficiency in GRC tools and cloud security
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
