SHN Director of Emergency Services

Step into a leadership role as the Director of Emergency Services at Scarborough Health Network. This position focuses on strategic and operational excellence in a multi-site emergency care environment. In this Director position, you will drive the implementation of effective clinical decisions and enhance patient flow across SHN's Emergency Care program. - Direct the operational management of Emergency Care
- Establish a collaborative program vision aligned with SHN’s values
- Monitor key performance metrics for quality assurance
- Lead financial and resource planning to optimize care
- Foster educational and development initiatives for staff
- Master’s degree in a health-related field
- 5–7 years of relevant leadership experience
- Experience with quality improvement and performance measurement
- Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strong fiscal management and communication skills
