Responsibilities
The client is looking for a Digital Technical Delivery Lead. This role will report into an enterprise Digital Program and focuses on leading delivery teams in the planning, design, development in support of the project. This is a technical leadership role responsible for guiding key technology decisions and developing technical specifications that can be utilized by development teams. A key accountability will be leading a cross-functional team of internal employees and a 3rd party Digital partner in assessing and building out new DevOps practices and tooling. Additionally the role is responsible for coordinating delivery of work across vendor and internal delivery teams.

Qualifications
Desired skills:
● Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or equivalent.
● Extensive experience in software engineering, with preference on candidates with experience in the financial industry, associated technology and operations.
● Experience with API integrations, security best practices, and middleware.
● Familiarity with Google Suite of products, including Google Cloud Platform would be a benefit.
● Systems thinking; ability to understand a solution in the broader context of services delivery, long term visions, and business capabilities.
● Excellent communication, collaboration, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
● High degree of flexibility and ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization with diverse backgrounds.
● Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly. Strong consulting skills (relevant/technical); recognized as a thought leader.
● Ability to balance the long-term "big picture" and short-term implications of recommendations and decisions.
● Demonstrated ability to understand and incorporate cyber security, risk, fraud and compliance requirements into designs.
