Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused SharePoint Developer & Collaboration Solutions Specialist to support the Bank's digital transformation initiatives through the design, development, administration, and optimization of SharePoint-based collaboration platforms and workflow automation solutions .

The successful candidate will be responsible for SharePoint administration, workflow development, business process automation, user support, and platform governance , while working closely with business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and user experience. This role also provides technical expertise in SharePoint Designer workflows, Microsoft collaboration technologies, and business process optimization .

What You Will Do:

• Administer and maintain SharePoint environments , including sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and content management.
• Ensure SharePoint platform availability, performance, security, and stability .
• Design, develop, test, and maintain SharePoint Designer (SPD) workflows and business process automation solutions.
• Develop and support approval workflows, service request workflows, change management workflows, and operational process workflows .
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and continuously improve workflow performance and reliability.
• Work closely with business departments to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in digital transformation and process optimization initiatives across the Bank.
• Deliver user training sessions and develop training materials, user guides, and operational procedures .
• Provide Level 2 support for SharePoint-related incidents and workflow issues.
• Promote adoption of SharePoint collaboration tools and workflow solutions.
• Maintain workflow documentation, technical specifications, operational procedures, and governance records.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, audit requirements, change management standards, and information security policies .
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency gains .
• Research and evaluate new Microsoft collaboration technologies and SharePoint enhancements .
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants regarding SharePoint support, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline .
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SharePoint administration and workflow development .
• Hands‑on experience with SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 2019, or SharePoint Designer 2013 .
• Strong experience designing and supporting business process workflows and automation solutions .
• Familiarity with Windows Server administration, virtualization technologies, networking infrastructure, and IT security controls .
• Experience with change management, incident management, disaster recovery, and system administration .
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to participate in a 7×24 on‑call support rotation .
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is preferred.
