Shape the dining journey as a Restaurant Manager at Ruth's Chris Steak House. This position requires exceptional guest service skills and proven management experience in fine dining. Ruth's Chris is currently building a talent pool for Restaurant Managers. Candidates must possess at least four years of fine dining management experience. Duties include overseeing restaurant operations, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring staff training and engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all front-of-house activities
- Engage with guests and address their needs
- Conduct staff meetings to align on service goals
- Provide mentorship and performance feedback to team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Minimum 4 years of fine dining management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable in a high-pressure environment
- Availability for flexible working hours
