- Mettre en oeuvre et coordonner la prestation de services précis dans la communauté
- Fournir de l'intervention d'urgence et de suicide
- Résoudre des situations de conflits
- Superviser les activités des clients qui demeurent dans des foyers de groupe et des maisons de transition
- Contribuer à la planification avant la libération et de la libération même des contrevenants
- Assurer une liaison avec d'autres services sociaux et services de la santé pour les soins aux clients
- Tenir des statistiques dans le cadre de programmes à des fins d'évaluation et de recherche
- Accompagner les clients pour leurs rendez-vous et à leurs activités sociales
