BBUILT Sales Partner — Construction Industry | Independent, Commission Only

THE OPPORTUNITY

BBUILT is seeking independent sales partners who already have strong relationships with construction contractors and can turn trusted industry connections into paying subscription customers.

This opportunity is best suited to someone who knows contractor business owners and decision-makers, understands how construction businesses operate, and is comfortable introducing a subscription product through relationship-based sales.

This is an independent, commission-only opportunity. There is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income. Earnings depend on the customers you acquire, their subscription payments, and how long they remain paying customers within the commission period.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are especially interested in people with existing relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, specialty trade contractors, construction company owners, and other construction decision-makers.

Relevant backgrounds may include construction sales, building materials, equipment sales, contractor services, business development, or direct experience owning or operating a construction business.

You should be comfortable reaching out to your network, starting business conversations, identifying a genuine customer fit, following up consistently, and building long-term professional relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Introduce BBUILT to construction contractors and relevant decision-makers.

• Use your existing relationships to arrange conversations and identify prospective customers.

• Learn the product so you can explain its capabilities, subscription pricing, and suitability accurately.

• Understand each prospect’s needs and avoid promising features or results that BBUILT does not offer.

• Guide interested prospects through the sales process and help convert them into paying subscription customers.

• Maintain clear records of prospects, conversations, referrals, and follow-up activity.

• Stay connected with customers you bring in, encourage ongoing engagement, and communicate questions or concerns to BBUILT.

• Help build lasting customer relationships that support retention.

HOW COMMISSIONS WORK

For each subscription customer you acquire:

• First paid subscription month: You earn a commission equal to 50% of that customer’s first successfully paid subscription month.

• Following 11 months: You earn 15% of each successfully paid monthly subscription payment during the next 11 months.

• The commission period is limited to the first 12 subscription months for that customer.

• Commissions depend on successful customer payments. If the customer stops paying, commissions from that customer end. No commission is earned on unpaid months.

This is not a lifetime recurring commission arrangement. Bringing in a customer does not guarantee 12 months of commission.

YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL

The more paying clients you acquire, and the more of those clients who remain subscribed and successfully paying during their commission period, the more you can earn.

New customers generate first-month commissions, while retained paying customers can generate additional commissions during the following 11 months. Actual earnings vary with your sales results, customer subscription amounts, and retention. No specific earnings level is promised or guaranteed.
