As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll partner closely with teams across the organization to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights. You'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making, helping support Behaviour's continued growth and evolution.

In this role you will :

• Partner with operational teams to build, monitor, and improve budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly results, identify key variances, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess risks, opportunities, and future business performance.
• Monitor and evaluate financial and operational KPIs to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to support planning, investment, and resource allocation decisions.
• Leverage multiple data sources to identify trends, drive performance improvements, and support strategic initiatives, including acquisitions and integrations.

What we're looking for :

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 to10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets, databases, and financial models.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement structures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both French and English.
