- Conduct cost estimates and manage construction contracts
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required
- 10+ years experience in municipal projects
- P.Eng designation mandatory
- Strong expertise in engineering software and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
