Mill Manager Environmental Sustainability Lead

Drive sustainability programs, environmental strategies, and regulatory compliance on-site across manufacturing mills in Edmundston and Madawaska, New Brunswick.As a Senior Assistant Mill Manager, you will support sustainable, high-quality production through environmental stewardship and structured management systems. Responsibilities include screening chemicals and process changes, supporting Green Transformation Projects, and providing regulatory information. You will also guide departmental objectives, staffing, and development.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor environmental strategies and policiesResolve environmental issues and establish preventive proceduresScreen chemicals, trial memos, and process changes for complianceProvide data and guidance for Green Transformation ProjectsCommunicate objectives, expectations, and results across the departmentRequirements:
Experience developing sustainability programs and compliance frameworksFamiliarity with MSDS systems and chemical screening processesAbility to manage regulatory authority relationshipsStrong communication skills across departmental responsibilitiesAbility to manage staffing needs through changing business demandsBring sustainability, chemical compliance, environmental strategy, and departmental leadership skills to these New Brunswick mills.
