Senior Network Security Analyst

Plan, implement, and support Cisco Secure Workload infrastructure

Design and implement Zero Trust architecture principles

Deploy and manage Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions

Implement micro-segmentation and policy enforcement strategies

Develop and document Zero Trust best practices

Network Infrastructure Management

Implement, upgrade, troubleshoot, and support network hardware and software

Maintain high availability IT network services aligned with service level agreements

Monitor, analyze, and report on network performance and security posture

Plan and execute software and hardware upgrades or migrations

Operations & Support

Perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution

Proactively monitor network infrastructure and threat activity

Develop and maintain network documentation and procedures

Participate in and lead networking projects

Provide cross-training and knowledge transfer to team members

Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders

Contribute technical expertise to cross-functional IT initiatives

Support strategic, architectural, and executive-level discussions

Mandatory Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Certification

Certificate of Competence in Zero Trust (CCZT) – Cloud Security Alliance

Experience

6+ years in cloud and hybrid environment security

6+ years in continuous monitoring and threat detection

5+ years designing and implementing Zero Trust architectures

5+ years developing and documenting Zero Trust best practices

5+ years hands-on experience with Cisco Secure Workload

5+ years deploying Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years collaboration across cross-functional IT teams

5+ year's experience in compliance-heavy environments (NIST, DoD, PCI-DSS, etc.)

8+ years project documentation and reporting experience

8+ years stakeholder communication experience

8+ years training and knowledge transfer experience
