Job Responsibility:
We are looking for a sales associate to join our pre-sales team!
We are looking for a highly-motivated, hardworking, passionate, organized and dedicated licensed agent who is willing to work with us full-time for a project launch with opportunity to stay on in a longer term position.
Successful applicant will work directly with our Pre-Sales team and Sales Director in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
Job term for launch is approximately 3 months (September - November) with training throughout August.
Responsibilities:
- Selling new developments (presales) in a presentation gallery
- Database calls to leads
- Follow up calls and emails to potential clients
- Host open houses, events and sales gallery tours
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property values
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate and presales
- MUST be licensed with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver
- Familiarity with real estate pre-sale contracts
- Have a full driver's license, and vehicle.
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with contact management systems and docusign
- Must live close to, or be able to commute to Downtown Vancouver/Yaletown
- Must be willing to work weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contractContract length: 3-6 months
Pay: From $4,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC V6B 3G2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Real Estate: 3 years (preferred)
- Pre-Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Fluent or Native English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Real Estate Trading Services License (required)
