Licensed PreSales Sales Associate

Job Responsibility:

We are looking for a sales associate to join our pre-sales team!

We are looking for a highly-motivated, hardworking, passionate, organized and dedicated licensed agent who is willing to work with us full-time for a project launch with opportunity to stay on in a longer term position.

Successful applicant will work directly with our Pre-Sales team and Sales Director in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Job term for launch is approximately 3 months (September - November) with training throughout August.

Responsibilities:

• Selling new developments (presales) in a presentation gallery
• Database calls to leads
• Follow up calls and emails to potential clients
• Host open houses, events and sales gallery tours
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property values
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate and presales
• MUST be licensed with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver
• Familiarity with real estate pre-sale contracts
• Have a full driver's license, and vehicle.
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with contact management systems and docusign
• Must live close to, or be able to commute to Downtown Vancouver/Yaletown
• Must be willing to work weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contractContract length: 3-6 months

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Every Weekend
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vancouver, BC V6B 3G2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Real Estate: 3 years (preferred)
• Pre-Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• Fluent or Native English (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Real Estate Trading Services License (required)
