An established and growing service-based contractor is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a team of field technicians, oversee daily operations, and drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing team leadership, customer relationships, project coordination, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of field service technicians
- Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, and day-to-day service operations
- Prepare quotations and manage service projects from start to finish
- Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of issues
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and operational performance
- Manage inventory, fleet resources, and service agreements
- Identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships and increase revenue
- Monitor departmental performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in service, operations, project, or department management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Customer-focused with outstanding communication skills
- Sales-minded with the ability to build relationships and secure new business opportunities
- Experience in a service, construction, mechanical, trades, or related industry environment is considered an asset
