Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies that support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Collaborate with sourcing teams, HR professionals, and internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional hiring experience Support high-volume recruitment initiatives while maintaining quality and efficiency Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recruitment best practices Build strong relationships across the business and act as a talent acquisition subject matter expert 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors, Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, or similar platforms Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment Strong communication, consultation, and relationship-building skills Bachelor's degree preferred; Work for a major Saskatchewan employer with a significant impact on both the local economy and global food production Opportunity to further develop strategic talent acquisition and stakeholder management skills This is a Contract position based out of Saskatoon, SK. The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
