Medical Credential Support Specialist

Help physicians and partners navigate credential services as a hybrid Service Agent with strong research, organization, and bilingual communication skills at MCC.
The Medical Council of Canada seeks a full-time permanent Service Agent for its client support team. You will explain processes connected with source verification, examination applications, and repository services. Clear communication, careful information gathering, and discretion are central to supporting clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address candidate and partner inquiries about repository services
- Explain source verification requests and document sharing
- Support examination scheduling, eligibility, and withdrawals
- Prepare and deliver Educational Credential Assessment reports
- Respond to LMCC-related questions with accurate information
Requirements:
- One to three years in office or service-oriented customer service
- Ability to locate, verify, and interpret information efficiently
- Strong Microsoft Office and internal systems learning ability
- Excellent research, organization, and attention to detail
- Calm, adaptable, and discreet when managing competing priorities
