Customer-Focused Delivery Associate at Capital BBQ

Make your mark as a Customer-Focused Delivery Associate at Capital BBQ. This role combines your delivery skills with quality customer service to enhance the BBQ purchasing experience. For over 35 years, Capital BBQ has been synonymous with premium grilling. We are hiring a Delivery Assistant to ensure top-tier service during BBQ equipment deliveries. Your role involves not only delivering products but also engaging directly with customers to meet their specific needs, enhancing their overall satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute safe and timely delivery of BBQ tools
- Offer white glove service, including setup for customers
- Load and unload items effectively, maintaining safety
- Document deliveries and address customer inquiries on-site
- Support warehouse logistics during off-delivery hours
- Proven experience in delivery or warehouse settings (1 year)
- Strong customer service aptitude and communication skills
- Capability to lift heavy items (up to 100 lbs with help)
- Flexible working hours for early and late shifts
- Detail-oriented with strong initiative
