You'll be immersed in the Canalta Hotel world assisting our guests to ensure they have a Legendary experience by creating "I-can't-believe-they-did-that" moments! What you'll do:
- Next Level Guest Service: Successfully complete an exceptional training program designed for top notch guest service agents
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent our values and culture in person, on the telephone and online. Share your passion for Canalta hotels
- Deliver Stellar Service: Provide 7 Star service by anticipating guests' needs and creating unforgettable moments
- Welcome Guests with a Smile: Create a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests, handling check-ins and check-outs with ease
- Be a Problem Solver: Take on challenges and be empowered to resolve guest issues. Turn obstacles into opportunities for unforgettable guest experiences
- Bring your A-game to maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the lobby and reception area to create an inviting environment for guests
- Embrace our hotel's guidelines and safety measures – they're here to ensure our team members and our guest experience is both amazing and safe
