Clearview Public Schools is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and compassionate individual to fill the part time (0.8 FTE) position of Family School Liaison Worker at Coronation School in Coronation, AB and Brownfield Community School in Brownfield, AB. The position will start on August 25, 2026 at the beginning of the 2026-27 school year.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and innovative individual who can foster positive and productive relationships with students, families and staff. A primary responsibility is to conduct individual and group interventions, and also provide universal prevention programming within the school and community settings. Specifically, we are seeking an exceptional individual who possesses:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a record of fostering collaborative team relationships with school staff as well as community agencies to support the learning needs of students;

• Ability to establish and maintain positive, supportive relationships with students and families

• Detailed program planning and high level organizational skills with a commitment to the ongoing learning of researched-informed student supports;

• Ability to maintain accurate records of services provided, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards

• Strong initiative and can work independently while also demonstrating flexibility and adaptability; and

• A deep understanding of socio-emotional learning (SEL) needs of students and experience supporting these needs individually and in small group settings.

A diploma in Social Work or related field is required but a Bachelor of Social Work is preferred. Active registration with appropriate professional association is required.
