We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Software Developer - CRM for an enterprise-level contract opportunity based in Toronto. In this role, you will take on a premier CRM application engineering, solution design, and cloud integration capacity, specializing in designing, customizing, and expanding enterprise solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure.

As a senior CRM developer, you will bridge the gap between low-code rapid application design, custom C#/.NET development, and complex cloud integrations. Operating fully onsite in Toronto, you will lead end-to-end application development using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps (Model-Driven, Canvas Apps, Power Pages), Dataverse, custom PCF controls, and Azure cloud services. This position is tailored for a technical software authority who can translate detailed technical specifications into robust applications, configure CI/CD pipelines, optimize database queries, and ensure solutions conform to enterprise architecture and security standards.

Responsibilities
Translate detailed technical system specifications into working, fully tested applications across the complete SDLC.

Design, build, and maintain enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages), and Dataverse.

Develop custom solutions, including C# plugins, custom workflow activities, Web APIs, PCF controls, ASP.NET Core services, and Liquid server-side templates.

Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service modules, covering case management, knowledge bases, Customer Service Workspace, agent profiles, and automated routing rules.

Architect and implement seamless integrations connecting Dynamics 365 with Microsoft Azure services, Azure SQL, and external cloud applications.

Create, manage, and optimize automated CI/CD release pipelines and task management boards in Azure DevOps.

Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve technical bugs, system bottlenecks, and performance issues across application and database layers.

Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and code reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise quality and design standards.

Conduct design walkthrough sessions and collaborate with cross-functional project leads, architects, and business analysts.

Author comprehensive technical specifications, deployment runbooks, API guides, and system documentation.

Qualifications
Core Technical & CRM Requirements
Dynamics 365 & Power Platform: Proven hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse.

Custom Development Stack: Strong working knowledge of custom development languages and frameworks, including C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.

Azure Cloud Technologies: Practical experience developing and deploying integration components within Microsoft Azure environments.

API & Web Services: Hands-on experience with RESTful Web API development, JSON, and server-side integration patterns.

DevOps & Agile: Practical experience managing task boards, code repositories, and CI/CD deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Experience & Certifications
Specialized Dynamics Configuration: Direct experience configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace, session templates, workstreams, and PCF control design.

Microsoft Certifications: Active certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure are preferred.
