Key Responsibilities:
- Pioneer the 24-Month Data Vision and Governance architecture
- Lead and coach chapter and team area leads effectively
- Drive commercial value through executive collaboration
- Oversee delivery of high-stakes projects
- Balance short-term requests with long-term infrastructure needs
- Bachelor's degree in technical field, Master’s or MBA preferred
- 10-12 years in Data Engineering, Science, and Analytics
- 10 years in people management within matrixed environments
- Proven track record in delivering data transformation projects
- Ability to translate data architecture into actionable business cases
