Category Manager for Culinary Operations

Take charge as a Category Manager with Service Inspired Restaurants®, enhancing food service quality and vendor relations. Lead product management and culinary sourcing initiatives effectively. As a Category Manager, you'll manage product assortments while building relationships with vendors and culinary leads. With a minimum of three years in the restaurant industry, you will ensure that product specifications align with market opportunities and corporate goals. Your role is vital in driving vendor compliance and service quality across our restaurant network. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product assortment within categories
- Enforce vendor pricing compliance and quality standards
- Collaborate with culinary leads on item sourcing and decisions
- Communicate latest programs to culinary and operations teams
- Participate in annual reviews and identify vendor opportunities
- At least three years of experience in restaurant operations
- Excellent negotiation and time management skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
