Senior Information Technology Manager
GRAND ERIE DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD
Lead digital transformation in Brantford with Grand Erie District School Board, guiding cybersecurity, cloud migration, and technology strategy across academic and corporate services.As Senior Manager of Information Technology and Digital Transformation, you will align initiatives with Grand Erie's strategic plans. You will direct multidisciplinary teams across architecture, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and service delivery. The role connects innovation with reliable operational technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute district-aligned information technology strategyChampion cloud migration, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decisionsLead cybersecurity frameworks, incident response, and risk assessmentsDirect complex projects, budgets, vendors, and contractsMentor technology teams and communicate with stakeholdersRequirements:
University degree or equivalent education and relevant experienceTechnical development background and application architecture knowledgeExtensive cybersecurity and technology strategy knowledgeMinimum seven years of progressive leadership experienceStrong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and supervision skillsBring strategic leadership, cybersecurity expertise, and digital transformation experience to Grand Erie’s technology services in Brantford.
