Nous recherchons un Expert Release Management / DevOps (Orchestration) pour rejoindre notre équipe de conseillers du bureau de Montréal.
Ce poste est en mode hybride.
Tâches
Centrale / NET / Azure + SAP, ServiceNow, OpenText
Suite à une transformation majeure, la complexité des releases a fortement augmenté.
Nous avons déjà plusieurs idées et orientations, mais manquons de capacité pour les structurer et les concrétiser.
Enjeux principaux
- Backlogs répartis dans 3 collections Azure DevOps (transition vers 2 en cours)
- Processus non uniformes entre équipes
- Difficulté à obtenir une vue claire du contenu des releases
- Gestion hétérogène des évidences UAT et approbations
- Coordination complexe en environnement multi-technologies
Objectif du mandat
Mettre en place une stratégie de Release Management end-to-end permettant de :
- Standardiser les processus (workflow, statuts, gradation)
- Uniformiser l'utilisation de Azure DevOps
- Structurer la gestion des releases (visibilité, contenu, dépendances)
- Standardiser les évidences UAT et approbations
- Améliorer la gouvernance et la traçabilité
Nature du mandat
Nous Recherchons Un Expert Qui Agira Comme Orchestrateur Et Accélérateur, Et Non Comme Un Simple Conseiller Stratégique
- Structurer et concrétiser des idées déjà identifiées
- Aligner les équipes et les parties prenantes
- Mettre en place des solutions pragmatiques et applicables rapidement
- Prioriser et séquencer les actions
- Assurer l'avancement et la cohérence globale
Exigences
- Expérience significative en TI (minimum 5 à 7 ans),
- Expérience notable avec Azure DevOps
- Expérience en environnement complexe et multi-technologies
- Capacité à livrer, structurer et faire avancer concrètement (hands-on)
- Excellent facilitateur inter-équipes
