Dentalook is looking for an experienced dental leader to oversee two established practices in Edmonton and Red Deer .

This is not an entry-level management role . We’re looking for a proven Dental Practice Manager or Multi-Site/Regional Dental Manager who knows how to lead people, improve performance, and drive exceptional patient experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach Practice Managers and dental teams
• Drive practice performance, KPIs, and financial results
• Improve patient experience, retention, and case acceptance
• Oversee scheduling, workflows, staffing, and daily operations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development

What We’re Looking For

You must have:

• 2+ years of dental management experience
• Experience managing a busy dental practice
• Strong team leadership and coaching skills
• Knowledge of dental operations, KPIs, scheduling, and financial performance
• A hands-on, accountable, and results-driven leadership style

Multi-site or regional dental experience is an asset.
