Tâches

Préparer des rapports ou des dossiers
Accomplir des tâches administratives et de bureau
Évaluer les besoins des clients et leur admissibilité à des services spécifiques
Référer les délinquants aux programmes des services communautaires et sociaux
Entretien ménager
Fournir de l'intervention d'urgence et de suicide
Résoudre des situations de conflits
Superviser les activités des clients qui demeurent dans des foyers de groupe et des maisons de transition
Contribuer à la planification avant la libération et de la libération même des contrevenants
