Full-Time Project Coordinator at Zgemi Inc.

Zgemi Inc. seeks a Full-Time Project Coordinator to enhance our construction management team. This role emphasizes scheduling, document control, and comprehensive project support from inception to completion. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth running of construction projects. Your tasks will include maintaining organized site reports, preparing project documentation, and aiding in change management. Successful candidates will have a strong background with general contractors while showcasing excellent communication and organizational skills relevant to construction project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare necessary documents for project commencement and organization
- Regularly update stakeholder and transmittal lists for projects
- Manage purchase orders and change orders efficiently
- Produce weekly and monthly reports to track project status
- Analyze contract drawings and ensure project compliance
- Degree/diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
- 3-5 years’ experience in Project Coordination
- Strong skills in interpreting construction specifications
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and transportation
