Notre client est une municipalité en pleine croissance située dans la région de l’Outaouais, offrant des services bilingues dans un environnement naturel exceptionnel, à proximité de la rivière et d’un parc reconnu. Dynamique et animée, elle propose une grande variété d’activités sportives, artistiques, culturelles et communautaires, en plus de commerces de proximité tels que bistros, restaurants et boutiques. DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :
Relevant de la directrice générale et greffière-trésorière, le ou la titulaire planifie, organise, dirige, contrôle et coordonne l’ensemble des activités du service. Il ou elle joue également un rôle stratégique en offrant des conseils et des orientations pour soutenir la prise de décision et l’atteinte des objectifs organisationnels.
TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
:
- Met en œuvre les stratégies en cohérence avec les orientations établies par le Conseil municipal.
- Supervise la conception et le développement des projets du service en collaboration avec son équipe.
- Veille à favoriser l’adhésion et l’acceptabilité sociale des projets d’envergure.
- Assure une gestion efficiente des ressources financières, matérielles et humaines du service.
- S’assure du respect des règlements, politiques et directives en vigueur.
- Analyse les projets de développement et formule des avis techniques éclairés.
- Contribue activement aux travaux des comités internes et participe aux séances du conseil municipal.
Profil
COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES :
- Détenir un diplôme universitaire en urbanisme, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Posséder de 4 à 6 années d’expérience pertinente, idéalement en milieu municipal.
- Être membre en règle de l’Ordre des urbanistes du Québec est considéré comme un atout.
- Avoir une excellente connaissance des outils et pratiques en urbanisme.
- Maîtriser le français et l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Être à l’aise avec la suite Microsoft Office et le logiciel Gestionnaire municipal de PG.
- Démontrer une expérience en gestion des ressources humaines et financières.
- Disponibilité occasionnelle pour des activités en soirée ou les fins de semaine.

CONDITIONS
DE TRAVAIL :
- 107 200 à 130 670 $ selon expérience
- Horaire de 35 h/semaine.
- 2 journées de télétravail par semaine
